Psychologist more interested in Achievement factor of personality because this is the factor which sets goals for success.Thus by studying achievement factor one can study personality also.

Person's achievement is not a single factor but it is mixture of different areas like physical,mechanical,social,intellectual and many more.

When person achieve something it is either because of desire of success or fear of failure.

many times person sets goals according to his abilities and desires.

Setting goals to lower or high level  is depend upon persons thinking of getting reward or intensives.

Many of us sets goals to avoid failure in life.They choose safest route to achieve.If someone's desire is for comparable high risk task but want to avoid failure ,that time person definitely go with lower risk and desirable task.

Thus many times situational factors change motivation for achievement.

 Achievement motivation is also influenced by the interest in the field and how long that interest persist.When someone have interest  to finish task he do with at most pay.

The satisfaction of doing task is much more important to complete the task.If you loose your interest meanwhile you can not finish it .

The degree of responsibility you feel to complete task is much more important while gaining success.If you feel responsible anyways you will definitely reach to end line.

Self confidence also back bone of achievement motivation.If person has self confidence about work he choose then that work will have its own tinge of completion.

Achievement motivation is depend upon the guidelines you draw to reach at goal.Means gaining knowledge about your work through diffrant ways.Example Talking with seniors.

Achievement motivation is again depend on persons mode of thinking ,when person think that he wants to get over his colleague then he will think of competent for that goal .

At the same time if he think that he want to take more challenging task between goals then definitely he want to become mastery in that.

Most important system which shape your personality is superego.

Now what exactly superego is?

Superego is the best representation of your personality which enforced or developed by society surrounds you or your parents.

It is nothing but the internal representations of your gained values,ideals.Superego mainly checks what is acceptable by the society or by family.Superego guides person to act only that way which praise by others.

Superego takes consideration of real things before action.

Ex.when widow want to get marry to live like a simple human being it is her wish according to Id .

Ego try to find perfect mate to live normal life .

But superego try to enforced moral values taught by society and family ,so whether Id demands for remarry she cannot because of superego.

Another example of poor and hardworking men whose Id demands for lavish life .his Ego guides in reality to fulfil his wish by taking loans .but superego help him to manage without taking bank loans.but is his superego is developed by parents that taking loans without capacity to repay is good then he will chose lavish life.but parents or society taught him that doing this is not good practice so he will do more hard work to mange more money.

In short ,Superego is your personality guide and philosopher. Superego is worked on the principle of reward and punishment. Means any his deed give him back reward or punishment so accordingly he work.

Superego work according to the conscience which incorporate by the parents during childhood and the ideal ego.

Conscience is the nature of thinking which mainly think of reward and punishment.Means if  any child get punished for eating meat then his ego develop like that way,but at the same time another child get reward for properly finish his serve of meat then it is ideal for his conscience.

Introjection is the mechanism by which superego get incorporate. Child always follow or introjects superego  which parents teach.conscience make person to feel guilty or punishable for bad deeds.

Ego ideal make person rewarding for good deeds

As the age grows parental pressure  get substituted by control of self called self control.

thus proper build of superego develops proper self control.

Superego functions for self controlling, those actions which are needed by Id,searched by Ego in real but controlled to take action if found that condemned by society.

Ex.Sexual desires need of Id because it is based on subjective pleasure.

So accordingly ego try to find fulfil persons desire in reality called objective pleasure .But superego guides according his parental or society introjection to think before action and get ready for either punishments or rewards 

In short ,Id is biological (need of human body),ego is psychological arise in mind ,superego is socially compare actions (social acceptance).

Thus ,develop your superego as such way that you will never have a feel of  regret on your actions.

The Ego

Primary processes like formation of nocturnal dreams not always capable of reducing tensions hence second psychological process develops called EGO.

Ego develops when needs of the organism require proper consideration of real world. 

Eg. Hungry person has to find food to satisfy his real hunger.

He could not hold on only by forming mental image.

Person should learn to differentiate between mental image and reality of world. Main difference between Id and ego is that id satisfies mentally which is subjective feeling to reduce tensions for shorter time.But ego satisfies by comparing mental image (subjective feeling) with reality (objective feeling) for real satisfaction.

Id knows inner reality of mind but ego knows reality of external world.

Ego is always work on reality principle.It really search food for hungry mind in external world. 

Ego always think properly in external world to satisfy need but id always ask mind about to form mental image and check for painful or pleasure experience.

Ego always controls all cognitive and intellectual functions for better satisfaction in real.

Ego forms our personality.Ego work on id only when id is strong.

Example:When id forms mental image of reward or higher educated respect then ego satisfied by taking effort in external world .It forced to do hard work to accomplish all wishes.

So first form mental image of your aim then your ego definitely turned it  into objective reality.

 Structure of personality:

 Personality is actually together work of systems namely :

 Id  ,Ego ,Superego

These three systems always interact with each other to form personality.

Whatever the person behaves it is a matter of its continuous exchange with Id,  Ego, Superego.

The Id :Original system of the personality is called Id.

Id is present at birth because it is fully inherited means come from parents.

Id is totally psychological term it has lot of mental or psychic energy. 

Id mainly derives energy from bodily processes.

Id is mirror of inner world of person.

When energy level increases Id can not tolerate it .It always try to maintain lower level of tensions called pleasure principle.

Id always try to maintain avoiding pain and gives pleasure.

Id command over two processes reflex actions and primary process.

Reflex actions are inborn and automatic .

Sneezing ,Blinking such physical response usually reduce tensions immediately.  

Primary process involves psychological reactions like making mental image.

Consider example of Hungry person. Hungry person get satisfied or reduce tension by creating mental image of food.

Every person use his id for wish fulfilment.Nocturnal dreams are example of strong Id.In dreams mental images shown by mind which satisfy subjective feelings.

So to have success in reality it should get arise in mind first.

Criticism,self esteem,points to be remember ,anger arouse due to criticism make it value

     Are You feel low self esteemed when criticised?

When tried this question with some of close ones I'll get answer like "Yes,I feel rejected"or some of answered" I fell Useless" even some answers are shocking like No one loves me and my deeds.

All answers are actually true responses.

From all sudden answers suggest that when some one criticised you, you take it as personal harm or self dismissal and to save own self and try to shoot that criticism at any cost.

But what they exactly doing are they protecting their self or devaluate their ideal self .when someone criticised or argued with you it means that person considers your presence .

But as you get criticised ,you on your defence mechanism to prove how correct you are,actually you are wasting lot of energy to justify others or  to prove another's perception about your self,we can say it is a part of your social self.

But If we take our Criticism for personal enhancement or growth of our ideal self we save lot of mental energy.

We should always keep in mind that nobody is perfect but a perfection is not always make you right.

So, let our self to be a human with all accepted corrections for better self.

 Points To Be Remember:

1.Take criticism as a valid point that you are being noticed.

2. Criticism  is very valuable observation that we can not do for our self ,so accept it as a advantage.

3.Always use that agony which raised by criticism to improve our self .

4.Always take positive ideas  from criticise.

After all criticism not lowers your esteem but help to boost .Think Over it!!!

Self esteem is one of the very important concept of Self  .

We know self concept is knowing  about your own evaluation.

Self Esteem : Self esteem is personal evaluation of oneself which helps to feel worthy.

Self esteem is influenced by variety of  influences  cached from our childhood experiences ,our relations to our parents,our own ideas of ideal self.

Self esteem majorly influenced by our graph of success and failures.

The experiences of success enhance our self esteem while repeated failures declines it.

Comparison with others lowers the self esteem.

Parents who are more affectionate towards their child help to raise their children with high self esteem.

Many times self esteem is consider as a single entity but it is vast. doing one thing with all confidence raise self esteem but when same person is not too much confident to do other task will feel under esteem.

Eg. Mery is excellent in typing but afraid to speak in front of superiors.so Mery feel high esteem only doing her work silently but same time she feel so under esteem to speak.

Self esteem is also depend upon the way you take yourself.

Eg. Joe got 79% and she feel high self esteemed because she consider her potentials and her hard work.

But same time Mary who also secured same percentage not feel like that as she considers her marks with someone else.

Self Esteem get enhanced by Self Acceptance.

We should know real we so we can accept the way people think about us,have a chance to improve rather feeling sad.

People with high self esteem get acknowledged by others.So in society they can make their own positions and relations.

Self esteemed people can make more enjoyable relationship with other people.

People with high self esteem generate high self confidence.

Self Esteem is a trait which we earned but not get by birth.

It is acquired trait that you have a lot of scope to develop it.

You are the only one who can design your self ,self esteem.

Always be sure about your expectations from yourself ...Your Ideal Self .

Marriage is an institution where two people start living to fulfils social ,physical ,mental sharing for a life.

It is a part of life at least once in a life you will face this ritual.

               But what exactly marriage is ? 

Is it sound like very good bounding between two person or something different than that.

                   What is marriage?

Marriage is an institution whose aim is cohabitation.

Even in today's situation  about 8 out of 10 get married at the age of 24 to 35.

Most of the time people  marry with someone who is in equal status with respective  age ,social ,religion ,race,economical.

Most of the time people are unaware of motives require to marry.

They even confuse to answer why they are in relationship and getting married.

They feel like they marry because both person are in love. But is it really they want to say?

In today's technological world the percentage of successful marriage is on high alert.

Alarming increase in Divorce rate and depression related to mate catch social scientist attention towards marriage institution and hence Objective of Marriage.

They are in search of new perceptive about how marriage will successful.?

Till now success of marriage is nothing but its longevity of togetherness.

Is it only longer marriage will say both partners are happy with each other for a longer time.?

When people marry on romantic basis they get divorced as loving relationship  ends.

Is it possible that can two  people live together for a longer time by satisfying all above cited needs.

There is no perfect criteria to tell how marriages make successful ?

Marriages get successful only both partners have ability to change their perceptions according to the needs of age and have unique problem solving ability or having fun together.

1.Husband and Wife should treat each other as their best friends.

2.Once a week should spend quality time together

3 Should have quality communication on every aspect of each others domain.

4.One of the partner should carry good humour sense to fill the silence between talking and seasons.

What is basically Self Concept?

Many of us go usually for a family trip or wedding ceremony once a year.

There are many happy moments and we click our photos .

Immediately or after while when we have look of such pics .Many of us show a reluctant expressions about our image that get clicked .

Or think like this is not a good click.Next time we say no to more sudden clicks.

Why this happens?

It means we are not accepting our self the way we actually are.

When the difference arise between real self and imaginary self that produce detrimental effect on our mental health and so loosing self confidence.

Self Concept:

It is kind of how we know our self. It mainly includes our values, Emotions which reflect in you.

Self concept is our identity for our self.

Self concept is so conscious that we always take care that know one will threaten it .

Three important Self are:

A.Self image :identify  your  body  structure-how much you aware of your body

Ex.How thin or fat your body to fit in particular dress or for click

 B.Ideal Self: Ideal self is I 'd to be.

It is not actually known by many of us due to parental pressure ,social pressure as we grow.

We only do what othres let us to do.

So ideal self cant grow properly.

Ex.If we don't fulfil parents wishes we are not so worthy for them.

These selves are really different but if one get stronger than real self then one has to face lot of issues related to mental health.

Always think about you ,your ideals,your passion,your dreams. Don't think what others gestures about your action.Think before your action ,before action think about You .. A real You.

Emotion is complex pattern which includes behavioural,cognitive changes.

Changes occurred in following levels:

1.Physical level : When someone is emotionally aroused nervous system,brain and hormonal system get affected . If condition of physically aroused stands for longer time may use vast energy  to normalise it  And hence causes heavy illness. Thus emotions directly cause behavioural changes.too much emotions changes the way of reactions i.e. Smiling,crying,explanations.

2 .Cognitive changes: Cognitive processes  like memorise things, conceptual framework for certain ideas etc.are also get affected by heavy emotions.

3.Feel for something: Many times emotions are catch less or unpredictable. As emotional level arouse one get trapped in like dislike,hate love, happy sad and many more.

Don't shade Emotions...Let It Go..

Emotions should get rid of through right channel.otherwise it may harm the personality.

Emotions actually a mixture of many more reactions of single episode.

Let them handle wisely.

If we don't have emotions we can not communicate .Emotions are meant for communicate with each other and even with self.

But the intensity to express emotions is vary with person to person .Eg,when we meet our old friend at street we greet him with loads of emotions but can't cry or shout .

We should know how to express emotions in a controlled manner with comfort.

What is repression : The automatic but unconsciously avoiding of emotion is called repression.

But this avoiding emotion is done consciously then one should practised again and again to repress emotions. Eg. if someone don't want to show his anger properly his personality get detrimental because of not revealing exact emotions or not channelised exact emotions.

What is Suppression: It is deliberate and conscious way to rein one's emotion.

Suppression is best method to show emotions at right time and by right way.

There was a man who earn more than his daily needs .but every time he thinks how poor and sad he is !

Every new day comes in his life is not totally different than previous one as he invest his thinking process how should I earn money to be happy forever.

Days goes on ,that man turned old but couldn't find that much money needs to make him happy.

One  day while returning to home he observed two beggars at roadside were laughing enormously.That man got nervous how can these two poor man laugh so loudly despite of money.

He wanted to know the secret,so suddenly he opened the door of his car and turned himself towards them.

and asked ,"Hey! How rich are you both.what you exactly get to laugh so naturally which I am in search since my early adult stage?"

One of the poor man  said to him," who said you that we are not rich ? or for enormous laugh has to pay?"
